The Pre-Visit
It all starts with either you booking your desired services online or filling out the New Guest Consultation form, if you would like some help with booking. I will reach out to you within 4 hours (Mon-Fri, 8a-6p) of receiving your information to fill you in on what to expect at your first visit and to confirm your appointment details.
The Experience
You will be greeted at the front door by me or one of my coworkers. We will begin with a 15-minute consultation, during which we'll discuss your hair history, goals for today, and goals for the future. We'll also discuss your hair care routine to ensure you are 100% confident with your styling results between visits. Then we will create a plan for your color and cut and put it into action.
I know that the ideal salon experience varies from guest to guest. My goal is to get to know you and your preferences so that I am able to meet your needs. A selection of beverages and snacks are available. If you're having an especially stressed day and need some quiet time, let me know and we can have a 'silent appointment' with minimal talking.
